Ok, so I have a set of US projectors that I got for pretty cheap, and I plan on taking them apart, smoking them, then putting them in my car. Being used though, the screws are all rusted and the plastic bits they attach to are shot, so I am just going to order them from work. Problem is, I am not sure how many I need?

So it appears I do need #6 (INTERMEDIATE PIECE 63121394252), #7 (BLACK RUBBER BUSHING 63121378369) , and #9 (ADJUSTING SCREW 63121378368) for sure. Real OEM says that there 6 of #7, and 4 of both #6 and 9 which doesn't seem right. Our parts guy got all confused about it as well!

Just wanted to double check, but I need 8 of #6, 12 of #7, and 4 of #9, right?

I don't get it. Can't you just count the ones you know are bad?

hotlinking is not allowed, please use the OTHER parts locator listed in the FAQ if you want to hotlink the diagrams... otherwise use it only as a url so the rest of us can see it.

you need 12 sockets for sure

you PROBABLY need 8 adjusting screws (two per headlight) and 2 pivot (knurled top bolt) + 12 of the white plastic tabs.

To be honest I find the corners are not worth replacing since they don't move. the Left/Right (corner) adjuster probably also is not worth replacing... the stupid reverse adjustment plastic is worthless and I adjust them from the front once in a blue moon

The best one to replace is the Vertical.
