http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm124/eurodyne/e36%20all%20aluminum%20radiator/IMG_5943.jpg

Tips and Things to Consider:

Here are a few preventive service tips anyone can perform at least once a year to keep their engine cooling systems running at peak performance:

1. Inspect all connections and components for leaks.
2. Inspect all hose clamps and fittings; tighten if necessary
3. Inspect all hoses and belts and replace them if they are cracked, worn or deteriorated.
4. Never use tap water when adding a 50/50 mixture of coolant/water to the vehicle. Always use distilled or demineralized water to prevent corrosion.
5. Be sure your coolant level is at the appropriate level, top it off only with a 50/50 mix of the OE coolant type and distilled or demineralized water.
6. Check the condition of the radiator cap and replace it if the gasket is worn.

If engine temperature varies from running too hot or too cool under normal operating conditions, a faulty thermostat or cooling fan may be the problem. Proper fan speed must be maintained to keep air flowing consistently through the radiator. Fan clutch slippage or faulty electronic control units can cause the fan RPM to vary.

Hey dude! thanks for posting interest!

You can definitely send payment to us through paypal! our address there is carlamps@hotmail.com (carlamps@hotmail.com). The pricing is low as it is, but if you can find me 14 other guys excluding you...I can drop it to $210 shipped! I dunno if that sounds more enticing...its just we're really selling the radiator for hella cheap already.

As for the coolant level...Since it is OE fit, you'd put the same amount as you would with an OEM radiator =)...Yeah I was thinking to bring more of these radiators for the other 3ers and 5ers since it is gonna be really hot this summer!

Thanks once again!

I'd love to start a new thread...but due to the forum rules, a vendor can only set up 3 active classified ad threads at a time. That is why I have the promo added onto my sig for better exposure and still playing by the rules...If you want, you can also add a link to ur sig with my original post containing the great pricing on the all aluminum radiator =)...

Euro Dyne gave in once more for our frenzied E39 enthusiasts! To reciprocate the love, we present to you E39 M Style Brake and Air Duct Center Grille! No, they're not made with sink drains! =P Assembled in the US, these grilles have specially made stainless steel inlets to induce more air flow to the existing air ducts for non-M vehicles! This promotes more air to travel directly to the brakes to dry it up during wet driving and also allows to have the brakes cool must faster during constant usage. It eliminates less brake wear and warping! Stylish and affordable is what this grille is all about!

Typically, you'll see other vendors from other online market places selling home made grilles between the range of $200 to $300.

For an introductory price, the grille can be had for $160.00 shipped to Mainland US! Euro Dyne's pricing can't be beat!

FYI, These center grilles can be packaged with our E39 M Style Bumper for just $450.00 shipped to Mainland US!

If I may ask, what is the difference between the AT and MT radiators? I plan on doing an MT swap, but need a radiator NOW. Is it just that these dont have lines for trans fluid? I dont see why I couldnt run a separate trans cooler if that is the case.

Thanks!

From the best of my knowledge, AT's has more components to cool compared to an MT. I made a comparison between radiator diagrams of an MT E36 M3 and an AT 328i through realoem.com. The diagrams show identical components...but I just have to go with what the manufacturer states with its fitment.

Just making sure yall knew that. So an extra 20-30% cooling is coming from a radiatior where the core is the same material and capacity as stock but with different end tanks. There is definently not enough added heat absorbant material to produce that much extra cooling. sounds quite optimistic to me.

some radiators have built in coolers while some have the cooler in front of it. Best way to check is to remove the plastic thing connected to the alternator duck and if you have an external cooler it will be in between the radiator and the A/C condenser

Established in 1998, Race Precision Incorporated has been dedicated to bringing you the very best performance products. Their "No Bull" attitude towards performance and tuning has bridged a gap that is often found in the auto performance industry. All parts are tested for quality as well as realistic improvements before ever being offered for sale. They're not here to sell you a part or service that isn't going to improve your car. There are plenty of other places for that.

Euro Dyne is proud to announce that we've teamed up with RPI to bring the best to fulfill your performance needs!

The following are some of their performance driving numbers!

E60 M5 and E63 M6

RPi ST Pulley Kit
The ST pulley kit helps low end response while adding some pep to your engine. Unlike other pullies on the market, our pulley is hard anodized silver making it difficult to detect from your dealership. Expect 15hp+*.

http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm124/eurodyne/race%20precision/rpiste60e63mpulleykit.jpg

Kit includes:
- RPi ST underdrive pulley
- Installation Hardware
- New belts

$455.00 + shipping!

RPi Ram Air Block Off Plates
RPi's ram air block off plates are used in conjunction with our Ram Air kit. The plates partially block off the bottom secondary hole of the intake box. This allows for quicker pressurization of the intake system. Dyno tests have shown a 4-6whp gain in the midrange.

http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm124/eurodyne/race%20precision/rpie60ramairblockoffplates.jpg

$20.00 + shipping!

RPi Ram Air Intake Scoops
RPi's Ram Air Scoops converts your factory intake system into a ram air type. Other aftermarket induction kits mostly suck in hot air causing a loss of performance. The use of heatshields are not very affective as heat shields mainly work to block radiant heat. Utilizing the stock intake boxes, expect a 10-15whp gain with 70mph airflow. RPi's Ram Air systems have been dyno proven as well as track proven and come with a 30-day money back guarantee.

RPi Ram Air Intake Kit - Z4 M-Coupe
Convert your stock intake system to a ram air type with our ram air scoop. The RPi ram air system captures incoming air from behind the front kidney grill and forces it into the factory intake ducting. The pressured cold air increases engine performance and efficiency. Expect 8-12whp at 70mph winds. *RPi ram air kit w/ filters pictured. Scoop only orders do NOT come with filter.*

I'm at work at the moment so no pics. However a direct comparison of OEM-AT radiator and the new All aluminum radiator: their is not a bit of difference and should work.
after install and I getting it running I'll confirm.

Also, i've read many many many DIY's regarding the "fan tool." you dont need the special bmw only fan removal tool. I found that the ford fan removal tool will work just fine. link to tool (http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?MfrCode=PBI&MfrPartNumber=647074&CategoryCode=2093)
http://www.partsamerica.com/product_images/img/pbi/647074.jpg

To any one doing this your self at home, you will NEED "G48," radiator fluid. its a HOAT, NAPS fluid.
And the only product I found out side of dealer parts department is this

http://www.valvoline.com/images/products/productpages/bottle_top_ZXG051.jpg

wait, why do you need that special fluid? whats wrong with the peak 50/50?

the peek 50/50 fluid messes with the aluminum radiator. This is even a problem with the OEM radiator. the PH is WAY off and basically chews away at the plastic bits also.

And the NAPS is very important. its nitrate, amine, phosphate and silica free.
Its also HOAT: hybrid organic acid technology its a lubrication cooling etc etc etc. All of the Euros run on it.

The exception is VW they run "G12," the lifetime fluid. this they just upgraded from the G11, 'extended life fluid' However in the Audie they do run a G48....so go figure.

No, it about Euro-Dyne's Deal of the week, notice the title ;). He also sells radiators, at an AMAZING price might I add (I cannot comment on quality yet as mine is set to arrive tuesday).

That will depend on your car/year. Some have tranny coolers built into the radiator, does yours not? That is the only reason (to my knowledge) these will not fit an auto.

However, you could always test out a seprate tranny cooler insted of the one in the radiator. It will take longer for your tranny oil to get up to temp though, but who cares, lol.

The trany cooler you speak of gets mounted onto the radiator. my car is a
M3-1/1997. browse realOEM to confirm for you make and model.

and I'm posting the coolant info in this thread to show that its not just a 'MT," radiator.

No need, I have a strait shift ;). I was just clarifying that some come with a cooler built in to the radiator, others come with a seprate/removable part. That way someone with an auto that did not do their research would'nt buy it and get mad, it's all good! Let us know how it works on your car!

I recived the radiator via UPS today. This link looks amazing! I can't wait to get it on. It will be a little while before I have installed pics as I have to do alot of work on the car first. Hopefully this summer though. I'm running into some snags with RRTs work, but that's OT... Check out here for some pics of it. The boxing/wraping is real well done too.

I have one already from YEARS ago, but with 50k miles on it, its looking a little beat up and I think I could use a re-fresh.

Is it still a Carbon Fiber skin over a Fiber Glass skeleton?
