M3 brake and suspension swap a big difference?

its going to happen this weekend but ....I was just wondering if there is a big difference between the swap of the stock '93 325i to stock '96 M3 brakes and suspension.........

from a scale from 1 to 10 how hard is this swap to do and is there something I should know or have ready for the swap......and does anyone know of the links to good DIY of both swaps?

Not too hard to do at all. Everything just unbolts and bolts back together. Ive done the brakes and suspension is always easy.
