window and lock issues.

So i just replaced my drivers side door handle assembly but now my windows or locks will not work. I cant seem to figure oout why. The passenger window will not go down either and it doesnt seem to make much sense. also my locks will not actuate either. All the plugs were plugged in and we checked and rechecked them.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Comfort Relay, do a search of this forum and you find a bunch of threads on it, but basically it controls the power to the windows, sunroof and door locks. New ones run about 35.00 from the stealer, and it is very much a DIY to replace it. Check your fuses first, but if they all look good, that will almost surely be the culprit.

yeah, but the window will not move up or down when i shut my door like it is supposed to. My passenger side door works properly in that aspet.

ok,so there is something wrong with the relay, but i still have a problem with my drivers side window. It still will not go up and down when the door opens and closes like it is supposed to.
