turn signal works but no sound

This only happens for several minutes when the car hasn't warmed up. My turn signals work but I don't hear the clicking sound. Once the car is warmed up it's ok. Anyone know what's going on?

Mine is doing the same thing. I only notice it occasionally so I doubt it is happening all the time.
