2007 335i used

Any thoughts about a reasonable deal for a fully equipped 2007 335i coupe with about 5000 miles. I have been dealing with a used car dealer who is offering it at 36,500 which seems like a fair to good price. Unfortunately I am trusting pictures and a friend who will see it before I purchase it. Thanks in advance.

You don't mention the options or whether it's auto vs. manual which would help determine the price. Did you check Edmund's and/or Kelley Blue Book for the price? The price seems low for a coupe if it is fully equiped.

Run the VIN through a BMW service department to check on it's maintenance history, you may save your self some grief. I take it your are not buying from a BMW dealer so that would rule out being certified. For what they are worth you may want to run the VIN through CARFAX.

Trusting someone else's opinion may be the end of a good relationship but I wouldn't buy until I have driven it.
