E90 Headlights (Anyone buy kit off eBay?)

I might come off as being frugal, but I just don't feel right paying $1,400 for a headlight upgrade. I was wondering if anyone had experience with any of the headlights that are for sell on ebay. I saw these in particular. If someone could give me their honest feedback I would appreciate it.
