i dont know maybe you guys could help me out. my car seems to have lost much power and it seems to just burn gas. i thought it was maybe spark plugs or coils. spark plugs look fine. but idk how to test the coils. anyway i was going to school this morning and around 2500+ rpms the car sounded horrible like grinding almost. also, sometimes at idle (which is low) the car sounds like a barking dog for a second every once in awhile.

any help PLEASE?

this may sound a lil odd but have you messed with you fan any latly ?
when i did my s50 cam swap i didnt get the fan shroud right and a about 25k i get this odd buzzing noise i thought oh now i just got my cams in and now vanos going out. however when i looked under the hood and had a frind hold hte rpm at about 25k i found thathe noise wasent from the engine. i killed hte car and every blade had been carved down by the shroud.
just a thought give it a look

haha i have the same propblem but the first thing would be is to find out what your car is saying when its running so till you know whats up its really hard to say. like first you need to know if your knocks sensers are reading anything at all and then what your crank case pressure is at when running.
