Dinan Chip

I bought my car with a dinan chip already installed. I am fairly new to the bmw world and was wondering how would i find out what chip i have in my car? Is there different chip models that go with different models of cars? Like i said .. new to all this.. and very confused :confused thanks

best bet would be to look at the chip in the ecu and get the number off of it. You could go to dinans site and find out how many chips they make for your car.
