I have a 95 M3 and have been very happy with Toyo T1S for performance and daily driveability, and price and ok wear life.
It goes to the track once or twice a year.
Are there better options which don't sacrifice any of the above parameters?
Thx.

I am also a big fan of the Toyo T1R's, which have replaced the T1S's for a couple years now. My only gripe is the tread life, I only get less than 10k miles on them even with X rotations to reduce the effects of excess camber.

I heard great things about the Nitto 555, decent traction, better tread life, while still having a low cost. I think I'm going to go with a set as my current daily driver's T1R's are next to bald.

Toyo T1-R. I'm on my second set, last set saw 2 track days last year, lasted 23k miles with -1.4 camber all around and no rotations (staggered). FYI treadwear is 280. I like Toyo because of the very competitive price for what you get, about $150ish.
