My 94 325i doesn't have back seat headrest either don't feel left out.

I think I don't have them on my 97. I don't sit back there so I couldn't say for sure. I actually only found out about the seatbelts being backwards from this forum after having owned the car a couple weeks.

Don't have them on my 1997 328i. And didn't want them.

I drove a new VW Passat which had 'em and it totally SCREWED your rear view. Pointless scheiss... F passengers

I do believe they were added mid way through 98 production. Even if you don't have the headrests, the tubes should be in the rear deck (they are covered up).
