Looking for 93-95 325i 5spd

I'm looking to buy a 93-95 325i with a 5spd. The 5spd is a must, no autos! The car must also have under 140k please. Also, well kept records from your maintenance and previous owner(s) maintenance would be a huge help. Just looking for an overall well cared for and loved car.
