M Struts and springs on a Non-M?

If I was going to put Bilstien's and H&R's for an M3 onto my 328is the only diff is the upper strut mount and the swaybar mounting correct? So then all I would have to do is use my stock strut mounts and an m3 sway bar?

you can leave your sway bar mounted to the control arms, or just use the m3 mounts to mount it to the struts.

swap the upper mounts, or use the m3 ones for a bit more negative camber.
