My car has 120k is there any maintenance that i should know about....the plugs, coils, waterpump, radiator and overfill hose are new so is the valve cover gasket. i do notice oil leeking from what looks like a pcv valve or something on the front right of the valve cover. if all is well im ready to start buying some more stuff for it....

that car is just broken in-- the weak point is the cooling system-- sounds like you have that covered-- mod it and have fun:buttrock

for the oil leak u should check to see ur oil drain plug is screwed on tightly! After that check when the last time ur cooling system was flushed and then see when the last time ur rear shock mounts were replaced b/c they tend to go bad every 30,000miles after that i would look into a chip and then if u want to go big buy timproved cams from bavauto u would get max speed with a good chip!

What the hell are you talking about? Most I've seen are still good at 100k

the mounts are original and seem fine.....i already have a genuine Dinan chip that i bought but its for the wrong DME....the oil leak is coming directly from that pcv looking thing with a rubber hose into the front right of the valve cover.

In 30k or so you may wanna look at the:
-Transmission fluid (if you have an automatic--if you have manual, you should be routinely replacing this in intervals anyway)
-Differential fluid
-Brake Fluid (if you don't know when it was last done, or if it was two years ago or more)
-Coolant (if it has been more than two years since you last had it flushed)
Also, the leak you are describing is like the leak I had. It was a combination of the valve cover gasket (which you said you replaced) and a busted oil separator/crankcase ventilation valve. It's not too hard to DIY, so you may look into this! I may also recommend you change the Microfilter... because stinky air conditioners suck!!! ;)
