I don't think my P21s wheel cleaner is working.

how do you use the p21s wheel cleaner??? i'm trying to clean my BBS RX wheel that has a clear coat finish. the wheel is already very clean with just a barely noticeable layer of brake dust. i am using PBR metal master brake pads so the dust normally washes off easily.

when i spray the p21s onto the wheel, it doesn't do sh!t. what's with this crap??????

Are you just spraying it on, or are you wiping it with a towel or something to remove the grime?

i spray it on,,, generously infact,, then per instructions, hose off right away with strong blast of water,,,,, it doesn't work!! i have to use a towel to get the dust to come off,,, but i've been using a towel and car wash soap for years with great results,,, what's the point of p21s??

i used the p21S gel version, and it worked awesome on my brake dust soaked wheels. i sprayed it one, used a wheel brush to scrub is a bit and then hosed it off. the wheels are freakin' clean now. ru wetting the wheels first, coz i think that is on the instruction for p21S ?

ohh, you still have to scrub when using p21s!?!?!??! then wut the hell is the point? car wash soap and a towel remove any trace of brake dust,,, why would i wanna use p21s then?? i don't get it.. anyway, who cares...

I typically spray it on and let it sit for ~10mins (in the shade, of course) and then use my 0X0 wheel brush, and it comes right off. Maybe, I'm biased or something, but I found that the P21S seems to loosen the brake dust better than just car wash soap and makes it come off easier.

when i used it, i still scrubed with it. i'm back to just using zymol car wash soap again.
