does a Breyton Spirit (Tire Rack # 5-120 ET38) 19" x 9 and 19 x 9.5 ordered for a 06 M3 fit a 04 330i?

ET38 in that width will not fit rear of '06 M3, but should fit '04 330i. Need to maybe run narrower tires and/or roll fender lips to fit the 330i though
