The wife and I are selling the M3. This has been posted before and I had meant to put up new pictures. But as of the original posting, we had 2 deaths in the family that kind of put a damper on things. So anyway, we finally got the M3 out of the garage in order to take pics. There are 89 photos in snapfish. Some are posted here.
1999 M3 Coupe, WBSBG9334XEY82651, 87xxx miles
Asking $16,495
I am the original owner and I ordered the car "to my specs".
Clear title and I have the title in hand as I paid for the car in cash.
Techno Violet / Black Leather Manual “Vader” Seats (Manual seats saves 150 lbs, I believe)
- 5-Speed Manual
- Cruise-Control
- Rear Wing
- Trip-Computer
- Heated Seats
- Sunroof
- 6CD Changer
- M-Contour II Wheels
- 225/45Z-17 and 245/40Z-17 with NEW Kumho ECSTA MX Z rated tires
K&N Filter
Hawk Ceramic “Dust Free” front and rear brake pads ($160)
Ground Control Koni Adjustable Suspension – F/R are top mount adjustable ($688)
Ground Control Rear Shock Mounts ($109)
Vorshlag Camber Plates ($340)
Stromung Exhaust ($675)
Fire Extinguisher ($150) mounted in the trunk - admittedly, this was more for looks.
NOT INCLUDED - 18 x 8.5 CSL Replicas (Velocity Motoring) with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 225/40Z-18 and 245/35Z-18. Pics are posted below, but we were planning to save these for when we get the 135. We can be convinced to sell these with the car.
NOT INCLUDED - Hardwired Valentine One Radar Locator + Concealed Display ($440 does not come with car, but this is negotiable)
NOT INCLUDED - Zeitronix LCD Data Logger: AFR, Boost/Vacuum, EGT, Lambda ($610 does not come with car, but this is negotiable)
NOT INCLUDED - Zeitronix AV Warning + Trigger Box ($80 does not come with car, but this is negotiable)
- Car is immaculate both inside and out.
- No accidents, body work or paintwork - see that all the "serial numbers" match on all body panels as shown in the snapfish pics.
- Oil changes were done with Mobil 1 Synthetic (0W40).
- Redline 75W90 gear oil is used in the differential.
- The car is garaged and we are non-smokers. We don't have pets either.
- Car does have paint chips in the front, but much less so than what the mileage would indicate. I just did the "Dr. Colorchip" on it and the results were quite amazing - see the pics!!! Interior is absolutely immaculate.
- No shoe has ever stepped on the floormats and carpet since I use “Weathertech” mats.
- The leather seats do NOT show wear typical for what the mileage would indicate since my a$$ is not wide enough to affect the side bolsters of the vader seats. And thankfully, my wife's a$$ is not wide either. But you be the judge with the pics.
- I also have a "video walkaround" of the car. It's "large" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXSUjdIk7GU
- I have ALL records down to each gas fill-up (seriously!) of the car since new.
- I have a 3 inch binder that contains all service records from the dealership and ALL items/receipts purchased for the car (tires, shocks, brake pads, rotors, etc.).
- Blackstone Labs "oil analysis" was done for the past 4 oil changes and yielded great results. Copies are available. Why? Because I'm a neurotic geek and I have done the same for the Porsche, Audi and by bike.
- Compression test was done last year yielding 173, 173, 170, 168, 171, 173 over an average of 2 runs.
About me…I’m neurotic about my toys. I don’t “lend them” to anyone – not friends or family. To give you perspective, when I was a child, I did not want to share my Matchbox cars since I didn’t want others to “scratch them”. I keep all items that come with my electronics and toys including boxes and all paperwork. My electronics, cars, hobbies, etc. are all in mint condition. I’m happy that way. I have been an active BMWCCA member for 15 years. I was the editor of the Genesee Valley and Boston Chapter “Bimmer” newsletter and can provide references on how I take care of my cars.
Pics are available on request. Please send me your e-mail address so I can add you to the snapfish website.
