looking for 17"s or 18"s on an e36? More specifically, im trying to figure out if the 17x10" will fit in the rear.

the 17X10" wheels are available in ET 18 or 30. Which would be the better offset for e36 fitment (require the least amount of fender modifications to get it to work)

I was wondering the same thing. On the site http://www.felgen-garage.de/ the E36's on there are running 215-40-17 front and 245-35-17 rear. I tried translating the german to see if it mentioned rolling the fenders/ fender modifications, but all i came up with was phrases like "
Rear fender lugged". Is that rolled fenders or what? The red 323ti on there is running an ET32. So i would assume that the 17X10 ET30 offered on the Keskin's would be the one to go with (for a non-M E36)on the rear. 17X8.5 ET35 on the front (the only offset in the size thats offered in a 5X120).

When I lived in Germany most cars would have the fenders custom done meaning cutting them out and redoing them to fit a wider tire. As for Felgen-garage I used to be in a BMW car club with the owners brother they are very well known in the BMW arena and do ship to the states.
this site says you can go 17 x 10 ET30. As stated previously depends how low your car is wether your fenders need to be rolled or modified.

Since it isn't listed on their website, my guess would be no. It looks to be a 5X130 only wheel.

Back to the original topic, Say someone to run the 17X10's with a 2" drop. ET30 would work, no?

Not my car, it was my friends before he sold it. A baseball bat was used for the fenders. I believe he had a 235/45/17 or 245.
