I just bought carsoft6.5 and install software v6.5+sp1 and connected my laptop to carsoft hardware via USB-RS232. The result of "total diagnose" function got problem "Module does not response" with hardware showed.
- Power ->Green
- Service interval -> Off
- K-Line Pin20 -> Red
- K-Line Pin17 -> Green and some time flash a few time during communicate.
- L-Line Pin15 -> Green and some time flash a few time during communicate.
I also checked battery voltage is 12.3 Volts. Turn on switch to ignition.
Anybody can advice what is problem or i need to do?.
