Sumitomo HTR ZIII Opinions?

Anyone have any experience with these tires?

I've been running Falken Azenis RT-615s for a while, and I'm tired of replacing them so often.

I wanna either switch to BFG KDW2s or the Sumitomos. I'm leaning towards the HTR ZIIIs from the reviews I've read.


Anyone have anything to say about these or how they would compare to any of the tires mentioned above?


Also, these don't have the rim protection lip right?

i'm in the same exact situation, I like the KDW2's but I'm not sure how they'd be on my M3...somebody has to have had them on here

No negatives so far. I want to hear more from people, especially at such a great cost.

I've had two sets of HTR Z II's on my 97 M3 and have had real good luck with them They are rated mid pack in the tire rack results but that's a $75 245/40-17 vs the other brands at $150 & up. The HTRZ III's got good reviews in the tire rack web site.
