Hello.

My 540 has the stock suspension and stock 16 Inch wheels. I don't really feel like going to an 18" and like the stock wheels.

Currently the car has 225/50/16 as the stock tire.

Is there a slightly larger size i can go to for a better look and handling? It's for street driving. I'd rather spend money on great tires then lesser tires for the sake of a rim.

Thanks.

Wolfen.

I was thinking, will a 245/45/16 on all 4 corners fit well?

245/45-16 is a wide 16-inch tire. That size really needs at least an 8 or 8.5 wide. The only car that came stock with 245/45-16s was the old 930 Turbo Porsche. It came with 9-wide rears.

If you want to stay 16", then i suppose 235/50, 245/50 or 235/45. Not sure what the availability of these sizes are. I would upgrade to 17" or 18" wheels and tires
