WTB: e36 ZF Manual Trans. s50/s52 bottom end

I'm looking for:

-a ZF 5-speed manual transmission from a M3 or 328,

-an s50 / s52 complete bottom end, I would prefer the s52 but I would go for the s50 too.

Also for some kind of local trade I have an '89 5spd 325i coupe clean title, and a '95 540iA salvage title, both are white. I'd be willing to trade the e30 for the bottom end.

I'm in Simi Valley, CA and willing to drive, I'd prefer local obviously but have no problem buying shipped.
