What's involved in switching out the cams?

This mostly out of curiosity. Looks like a pretty good alternative to an SC on a 95

Don't know about kit but be careful who you get to replace cams - there's a tool that locks cams into proper alignment before removing head. Some guy posted on bimmer.org how he had head removed w/o tool & after reinstall his engine was toast!!
