Looking for chromed front indicator bulbs for my 03 e39, I'm sick of the amber...
I bought a set from umnitza but they had a flat rectangular shaped bit on the bottom instead of a round bit (excuse my terminology)... Are they for the wrong model, cos they have a pic of the e39 on the packet...

I bought mine indicator bulbs from Mercedes parts department. Made by Phillips...very expensive in my opinion.
But it gets rid of the egg yolk effect....

If your sick of the amber look try an can of titanium silver spray paint, one light coat does the job of hiding the amber, i did it dor my turn signals in the back and it worked great, bulbs are still bright.

Woah that trippy. Bit expensive though...
Do the bits at the bottom of the bulb (again, excuse my crude terminology) differ between euro models and U.S. models?
Because mine take the bayonet type and I'm not sure if the U.S. models take the wedge type... ???
