WTB: Black M3 "Vaders" and door panels

Wanted: I am looking for a pair of MINT condition black leather or cloth E36 M3 Vader seats. I am only interested in seats that are in near perfect condition and they MUST be heated with manual adjustment. Willing to pay a reasonable price.

I am also looking for black 2dr door panels from a '96> M3.
