Yes. They do not just "bolt on" though.

I know they're 17s, but what's the width and offset?

You'll need hubcentric rings to accomodate the 74.1mm E39 hub bore, and maybe a fender lip roll depending on tire size you use.
The Style 19's are 17x8 and et20mm offset

I believe the can be found at most wheel/tire vendors. I don't know how much they cost.

Yeah, I found them, they're cheap, less than 50 bucks for all four.
What size tire should I look at running?

Biggest most people run is a 215/45 so you'd have to stretch it some because of clearance issues. Anything much wider is probably going to start rubbing.

you can get them at TireRack, just make sure you tell them you need one to accomodate 74.1mm ---> 72.6mm. I heard they were less than $10 each
