Just thinking out loud.

I live in Los Angeles and have had 3 cars stolen over the years. I am looking at new wheels for my 2005 325i, maybe some CSl Reps, but my logical mind says stay with the stock ones. They are the 16' style 45 and I was thinking of getting 17' style 98's to keep a stock BMW look, yet look a little different from all the style 45 footed BMW's I see everywhere.

I think nice wheels are a headache. The last wheels I bought were light, readily available, looked good and about $100 each. I didn't really care if i accidentally bent or curbed one because they were so cheap to replace. I had euro E34 M5 wheels on a car a few years back and i was constantly worrying about them getting jacked up. Never again, what a PITA.

Going with a set of stock BMW wheels you like seems like is a good choice. I've got the stock sport wheels on my 05 325i and I really like them.

What styles were offered on the Sport?
