You guys think I should stagger my wheel set up (245/35/19 on the back and 235/35/19 on the front) or should I use 235/35/19 all around? My wheels are 19x8.5 with a +38mm offset. I have 01 325I sedan.

no, do the same all the way around if you have the same width rims. and 245/35/19 will fit better width wise on a 8.5 inch wide wheel, if you can fit it on your car.

I would say no bigger than 235/35R19 and run them on all four corners. The 245/35R19 is 8/10" taller than stock and not a good size to run.
If I can help with the tires let me know.

Jim, what if I staggered 225/35/19 in the front and 235/35/19 in the back? Or do you just think staggering is a bad move in general?

You can but I don't see an advantage in terms of handling.

square's the way to go (square meaning 235 or 245 all around).

Some of the cars I've read and seen stagger there tires. Thanks for the advice I will probably go square.

Sure... the ones that need bigger rear tires to put the power down. Your 325I sedan doesnt qualify for that need!
