Just as the title states, my headliner in my '99 E39 is coming down. I really wanted to do some mods this summer, and one of them included adding a rear sunshade. However, with the headliner falling down, will it hinder the ability to do this mod?

I really don't care if it's the electric fancy shade, or the one where you manually have to put it up. Any input is appreciated on how to fix the headliner.

2nd question:

I want to do an entire interior swap. I currently have beige and want to have a black interior. Anybody know where to get black interior seats, and yes I have the package where the seat pushes that extra part forward.

Please don't recommend Bavarian Auto Recycling as they pretty much suck ass and nobody has anything good to say about the company.

Generally, when a headliner starts to come down, it's because the foam between the fabric and the headliner board has deteriorated. The fix is to remove the headliner and replace the foam and fabric.

You can try gluing the fabric back up. It may last for a while, but eventually you will need to replace the foam and the fabric.
