tires rubbing can rear fenders be rolled?

just put a set of staggered breyton magics on a 2002 330i the rear's are 18-9.5 with 255/18/35 and they rub alittle bit coming into corners with 2 people in the car , don't want to find out what would happen with 4 people in the car has anyone else dealt with this? Would rolling the fender fix this? If so who would i take it to in the tacoma/seattle area(wa.) ?

Rolling your fenders should help. As far as finding a place, you might try the regional section and ask some locals. Good luck.
