BMW 6-series Convertible
Our spies were recently in Fairbanks, Alaska, and stumbled upon an all-new BMW 6-series Convertible that was hiding behind a snow bank, taking a break from rigorous cold-weather testing. Codenamed E64, the 6-series cabrio will likely be powered by an updated 3.0-liter straight-six good for around 230 horsepower or a 4.4-liter V-8 producing roughly 325 horsepower. A power-operated, foldable canvas top will be standard, as will the updated and improved iDrive system found in the new 5-series. Pricing for the 6-series convertible is expected to start around $50,000 when it arrives early next year.

that front looks like it was lifted from a Z3 and flattened....the rear doesn't seem to flow right. Donno....donno....

It looks like a Pontiac, as many people have already noted.

Unfortunately the lovely concept in M3Boarder's post is just a Photoshop fantasy. We're stuck with the new Firebird . . . . :bawl

Wow is that the new mustang convertable? The first pic looks like a new mustang! Especially the wheels!

Uh, not even remotely funny. The front end looks nothing like the current conept mustang. If you think that looks like a updated version of the classic mustang design your stoned.

It's still covered up, so not everything is revieled. It shouldn't be like that on a production car

the car is supposed to get it's design cues from the Z9 concept vehicle. if so, i think it will look very cool. i'm eagerly awaiting the unveiling later this year.

i read that the base price will be $47k for the cabrio but the $50k sounds more reasonable as the 330ci cabrio is $44k base.

I heard that the M6 will be up in the 70-80s and will complete against the 911.

I think it looks good topless
