I'd normally buy from Tire Rack but they have the 225-40-18 Bridgestone Potenza pole positions on backorder and I need these tires ASAP. Anybody know a place online that's not too far off Tire Rack's price? Thanks!

Call your local Firestone they will price match or beat TireRack's prices on Bridgestones.

Not sure if they'll have them, but try Tire Exchange (800)365-6650...ask for Ruben.
I deal with him almost daily, really nice guy.

Strange, usually they can get them on their regular shipment for no shipping.

I don't think that's the issue...I worked at NTB for 3 years and we used to do the same thing. Tire Rack always charges you for shipping...so even though they may sell a tire for $99 it's still going to cost you around $109 after you pay for shipping. So Firestone matching Tire Rack's price would be them selling you the tire for $99 plus $10 or so shipping.
