ok i have a set of 17" M5 replicas. wraped with pirelli run flats that have little to no ware.
1. powder coat or paint them?
2. how much could i sell them for?

Painting and powdering usually run around the same price. I've seen quotes as low as $40/rim and as high as $150/rim. It depends on the shop. Call local powdercoating places as well as body shops.

The rims, however, are probably only worth $400-600 being as though they are replicas.
so selling wise it does not matter paint or powdercoating?
$400-600 even with the tires?

yeah i got 18s on my car, but i got some different ones that are 17s

Probably closer to 600 with tires, assuming decent condition. OEM Stock M3 rims (excl. LTWs) with tires go for around 600-800...so m5 replicas probably wouldn't fetch more than that.
