If I'm not mistaken, those are the rare-ass Contour wheels that haven't been sold in ages...very sought after.
Wonder what's wrong with it?

Huh, yeah it does look like the really rare contours.
The exhaust also looks to me like a Remus (though I can't really tell, but it seems to stick out like one)

I don't know if the car is for sale but I'm sure the guy would take an offer. I'd only want the wheels and exhaust anyways.
Yo Denton...you still awake?

If I were you guys I wouldn't ask what kind it is. It appears to be pretty nice... just tell him you want the muffler and try to scoop it for $150 or so. It kind of looks like my Supersprint exhaust.

I don't consider those wheels to be rare. I've seen many sets on sale in here Finland. Right now one set is for sale at 750euros/1112dollars. Not long ago I saw another set of those on sale.

Yeah, that's a good call. I've got more important stuff to spend my money on, but someone here should buy that thing.

I didn't think they were BMW parts (unlike E36 M3 contours)...they're aftermarket AFAIK. I could be wrong though.

This car is in America. They're rare in America, for sure. We're saddled with AT Italia reps with hardly any dish, or the E36 M3 wheels with spacers. North America has very little compared to Europe when it comes to E34 mods.

I actually thought that when I was writing my reply. I've been thinking of those wheels for my Touring but I guess I use those 17" Styling 10's that I have for upcoming summer.

What are your plans? Replacing the wood with?

Dunno. Can it be removed and left alone after removing the adhesive, or is there no vinyl behind it? How is it attached? Glue or fastener?
I really like the charcoal stained burly maple trim the best

Each piece of wood has two screws connected to it, and plastic nuts connect it to the panel. Yes there is vinyl behind the trim, but it would look terrible without.
I would suggest (with your black interior) to wrap some black Alcantara suede around them. When I did mine it completely changed the feel of the cabin. It's so beautiful. I can hook you up with some if you like, its not the easiest to find.
