I think I am probably keeping it. Work and life has been so busy that I literally forgot about it. I get calls every few weeks about the for sale ads I have out but can't let anyone test drive it cause battery is dead. So with that, I think its 99% chance I will keep it, repaint it, and drive it on special ocassions
So here is the deal, what do I need to look out for considering the car has been sitting for this long? I have very very little gas in it and changed the oil right when I decided to garage it. Aside for new battery, a Battery tender and a test drive, anything else to be worried about after all this time sitting?

No, but you need to go drive it.. You should really try to drive it at least once a month. Its hard on it to just let it sit. At least fire it up and drive it around long enough for it to fully warm up and then park it again.

Put it on jackstands to prevent flat spots on the tires. Seal off the exhaust to prevent things from making nests in there. But really try to avoid having it sit that long.
If you really don't have the time, though, I can offer free carsitting. :)

I know I know. The Jeep is just so much more comfortable for the daily grind.

Just charge her up and start it. dont drive it til it is full warmed up. Thats all. Since you have new oil and its not over a year old it is still good.
If you are really worried. I would pull the fuel pump fuse and crank the motor to prime up some oil pressure.
When I bought my NSX. The car was sitting for almost 2 years. It started right up with new battery attached. I just changed the oil afterward.

You might wanna put some new petrol in there too, I read once that petrol can go bad after a few months of sitting and doing nothing.
