how do you get e34 door panels off?

I need to change the window clips on my 95 525i. Does any know where a DIY write up on changing whindow clips or just how to get the door panels off. I was trying to do it earlier then some one backed into my M3 and I decided to give up after that before I broke it trying to get it off. Thanks for any help.

one gotcha to watch out for, the panel drops in from the top, then clips in. so you have to pull out the clips around the bottom, but the top lifts off.

mine is broken around the top due to a PO pulling on the top. just be careful here. otherwise it's easy.

Be gentle, as our cars age that fiberglass or whatever the heck that is in the door panels gets fragile. At least mine is. On my back passenger door, the bottom is crumbling apart.
