View Full Version : BBS LM Barrels

Hey gang, anyone know where I could go to purchase new barrels for BBS LMs? I have a set of 17x8 LMs, but I would like to purchase new barrels for them to stagger the set up. I've tried BBS directly, but no luck. I've also heard that Kodiak is a good place to try, but when I looked on their site, I got the idea that they only make replacement lips for 3-piece wheels. Any other suggestions?

The difficult part with that is LM's are not 3 piece, so there is no seperate barrel The lip is one piece, and the center section and back half is the other piece. So you would pretty much need 2 more wheels.

The barrel and lip are one piece, and the mesh-portion of the wheel is another. I'm trying to source a place that can make replacement barrels so I'll be able to bolt the mesh part of the wheel to the new staggered barrels.

Carlos... what did BBS say? The LM's are made in Japan due to superior forging techniques. I don't think there will be any spare parts in the U.S.

You can't buy LM parts from BBS.

I don't know anyone that makes custom one piece barrels, but you could get custom 2 piece barrels making your wheels 3 piece.

I've never thouht about this option, but this is a great idea. Any idea on where I might be able to source something like this? Thanks for your help

You could try to buy 2 piece barrels from CCW... I call dibs on your narrow LM's... :)
