On 335i, If i get a new set of wheels without TPS. They will effect any performance or reduce any hp?

There will be absolutely no effect at all except it will cause the warning indicator to come on inside the dash.
There is a TPS and a TPMS which I think all 335's have, at least my 2007 does.
