Differential that came off a manual can be used on Automatic? or Auomatic to manual Differential?

As long its 6 Bolt

you can stick any e36 diff into any e36 car... if the flanges don't match then just transfer the ones on the car to the new diff.

You can, yes, but you don't want too. Why would you want a 3.23, or a 3.15 diff? Unless you have a turbo... What you should be looking for is a 3.91... That's the ticket with an auto...

They can be found in automatic 325's.

As for fitment, any E36 differential except for the 318ti will be interchangeable.
