WTB: 15x7 BBS RS 4x100

I bought 3 4x100 BBS RS wheels at a local salvage yard for super cheap and need a fourth one to complete the set.. Anyone have one or know where I can get one?

Also where is a reputable but semi cost effective place to have these refinished? Or is there some kind of DIY?
