How Do You Install A Fog Light Bracket?

Im mainly concerned because I dont know where that little black knob goes on one of the sides, it doesn't appear to go anywhere?

Is the "little black knob" actually the adjustment mechanism for the fog light alignment? Pop the fog light in and turn it and you'll see what I mean.

I replaced a fog light bracket lately while I was completely replacing my underbody panels and I seem to remember thinking that it would require the removal of those panels (maybe just partial fender liner and brake duct) if they are in place. There are 4(?) screws that hold the bracket in place and they're kind of tricky to reach.

Can you install the bracket w/o taking the bumper off? What do you need to remove to get to the bracket to swap it out?

Never mind, I figured it out. The "little black knob" was supposed to have a little bracket on it to put the screws through. No worries though, I jerry rigged some stuff and used some zip ties, all is well. :)
