What could be the issue???

I noticed when the car is at idle and I turn on the headlights, put down the windows, or turn on the fan my car changes sound and possible idle??

Almost like it may be sucking too much power?

Any ideas?

Here's a video clip I took last night. You can hear a change in audio when the lights go on and also a slight dim in the headlights when cosing the door. Hope it helps some.

WOW that is the cleanest M3 I've ever seen. About your problem, that might be normal???

Maybe make a video and show us this power loss??? I going to sleep, 3rd shift sucks asz...

A slight change in idle speed when you increase the load on the electrical system is not unexpected. More than a slight change in idle speed could be a sign of a sticking ICV or a small intake leak.

from the video, doesn't sound like much of a change in sounds, obviously lights do put some stress on engine, my first guess would also be the air intake or you may wanna get your alternator looked at, may be a failing alternator.
