It needs a lot of work but come spring time it will look great. I can't wait to get to work on the wheels. Those lips are gonna shine.:D

Yep, he has finally infected with the car bug. Although he did say he wants to avoid yellow M3's since they seem to be the most fragile ones.:D I told him it was only if they have the off road package.;)

The car is pretty rough. Hole in the exhaust and the hood, roof, and trunk are rattle can painted since the factory paint was pretty much gone. LOL We are going to go through it and get it prepped and come summer I am going to have it resprayed for his birthday.
Oh, and as for the manual swap, there is a low mileage E28 that was left at my house that I applied for the title for. Between that one and my son's we should have a pretty solid car for him.

I put the wheels on the car. He is still saving up to pay me back for the insurance and tags. LOL

If you look at the first two pictures you can see the wife's new toy. 2004 Land Rover Discovery! LOL It's her second Disco and she loves it.

Yeah they really do. They look great on the car. When we do the respray this summer the wheels will have truly matching centers.:D
