Valve springs

Hey guys im getting some schrick cams, but I wanted to know what valve springs to get with it, somebody told me to use schrick springs. So should I use that or the motorsport (group n) spirngs. Thanks

Motorsport valve springs should be sufficient for 284.276 cams.

Schricks are more expensive and stiffer. They put more stress on your cam lobes and can eat up 1 or 2 HP, but you have added protection against valve float. If you are doing a radical S14, then go schrick, otherwise, motorsport should be fine.
