Like the title says. Anyone ever do this and/or have any suggestions?

i've lightly ported a set along with welding up the 02 bungs in the runners. and welding the crossover runner things in the flange. for a friends 95 m3 with S52 swap.
there isn't a whole lot there to port aside from the flange itself. doubt you'd really see any gains from just porting the flange, as the runner is still going to be the same inner diameter. though porting it out larger then the exhaust port on the head could possibly help minimize reversion.
They definitely are lighter then the 95 headers.

i know with the 3.2L, and the full 2.5" exhaust/hi flow cat that i made him, his car put down like 232whp 230wtq. feels very strong not to mention alot lighter then the stock exhaust system.

I am probably going to take my cats out and weld in 2.5'' pipe at work. As far as porting goes, I was told by a friend that I should port a little bit in of the runner. And they are already plugged for obd1.

dude honestly, i think it would be cheaper to just buy some shorty ebay headers for ur 95.....

A lot of people on here give them positive reviews, and its gonna be cheaper than to buy a set of OBD2 and also porting them.

Since the OBD2 setup is based upon velocity of exhaust flow would porting really enhance the exhaust flow? What are the gains?
