lexol seems to work well for me, the cleaner is good and so is the conditioner but i have heard that over time lexol dries out the leather and is not good for soft leather.... dont know how true this is though, somebody want to elaborate?

Hmmmm....what Nillaice said sounds true, as that is what Lexol seems to be doing to my leather. :(
I'm not thrilled with it, and am looking for a new product myself.
I started a similar thread (actually, there are several ongoing right now) and people recommended "Conolly Hide Food" and "Leatherique."
Good luck

Lexol sucks compared to leatherique. I threw all my lexol products away except for the vinyl treatment.

If you don't mind, can you share your experience with more details? I'm not saying you're wrong, just curious. I've used Lexol for a couple of years now with great results. If I'm missing something, I'd really like to know. I want to protect my investment! :)
TIA

Well up until I tried leatherique the only complaint about Lexol I had was that it didn't last very long other than that I was satisfied.
untill... I decided to try another product.
this is a guide I wrote on my experience with it.

Now I have this to say about Lexol.
Lexol leaves the leather greasy, slippery and abnormally shiny besides that it wears off after about 2 days. I think I may have even damaged my leather seats a little bit by using Lexol on them too much and drying them out.
Leatherique rejuvenator oil and cleaner are superior products that work internally to restore needed nutrients and expunge dirt, oil, and debris from the leather w/o any slippery surface or fake shine results.

Brian,
Thank you for the explanation. I somehow agree with you that Lexol doesn't last too long. I'll give Leatherique a shot once I deplete my Lexol supply.
Thanks again!
Leatherique is awesome!
Customer service kinda sucks(long story), but what can I say, their product works.
