Crush washers for power steering connections

I had my steering rack replaced and now I have leaks from various hoses etc. It appears the vendor did not replace the crush washers when disconnecting the hoses. Has everyone here who replaced/disconnected a hose replace their crush washers? I always do for oil changes and am sure they should be replaced. Anyone with experiences with issue?
