wiggle, pull, wiggle, pull. POP. And its done.

P.S. just make sure you don't wack your forehead with the handle.
:rolleyes don't ask.

I've read/heard that heating it with a hairdryer helps as well.

got it off before the replies lol

grabbed the handle and twisted in the hopes it pulls/twists off. it moved a little so i put vice grips on it and pulled it off. new handle is held on with grub screws. not a fan of plastering the ///M logo all over a non M car but the logo on the handle actually suits. it ties in with the stripes on the seatpins on the black M3 half leathers i fitted a few days ago without looking too OTT.

seats, handle and momo steering wheel make the interior so much nicer looking. now just need to sort out a nice shift knob and some pedals... maybe swap my dove grey to black carpet to help add some more black to the once grey overkill interior it had.

I've been trying to get my handle off for a while. I know they can be stubborn, but mine is flat out ridiculous, I can't get it too budge. I thought about putting an open end wrench behind it, and tapping with a hammer...but mine is the fake wood type, and it just might shatter.
