Have you tried swapping the bulbs from side to side and checking results? Are you saying they don't work at all now?

when were the bulbs last replaced? bulbs tend to dim and dim and dim, then finally go out when they are shot. If all connections and fuses are fine, then perhaps replacement bulbs would be in order.

You need to replace your headlight fluid.

Relays. Clearly they are not turning off. Switch supplies power to the RELAY and the relay gets power to the lights.

so i played around with wires and i figured out it was a bad ground. it was all corroded so i re ran all the wires and i now have light but its very very dim and when i flip my high beams on my angle eyes go out. this is only happening on the driverside of my car.

did you wire your angel eyes to the fog lights on the driver side? Fog lights are set to go out when you turn high beams on. It sounds like they're wired to the fogs, instead of hte parking lights.
