Why do people pay good money for them? Theres a member here selling them on here for $10, and UUC is selling the for $20! Im questioning myself right now whether I should be typing this, or starting a thread selling them myself and making 1500% profit on them. I mean come on, do you know how much time and money it takes to make a clutch stop? Less than a dollar, and maybe ten minutes (which includes driving to the hardware store, getting what you need, and installing). I made mine with a 10mmX1.5mm(or maybe it was 2mm)X60mm bolt and a nut to lock it in place and the whole setup cost me a whopping $0.67.
Maybe the problem is that people think its harder than it really is, or it takes time, or dont know what bolt and nut to get, or they need some fancy bolt with a plastic/rubber head on it to quite the barely audible click of the clutch pedal bottoming against the stop.
I think it is a perfectly worth-while mod, and love the travel of my clutch now. I just hate to see people paying crazy prices for something that is so easy and cheap to do yourself.
